Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms govern all sales made on the website, in accordance with Cameroonian law (Law No. 2010/021 of 21 December 2010 on e-commerce and Framework Law No. 2011/012 of 6 May 2011 on consumer protection).

3. Prices

Prices are in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included, excluding delivery. Wholesale prices apply automatically from the quantity shown on each product page.

4. Payment

Cash on delivery or Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) through a secure payment provider.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Give the courier your delivery code to receive your parcel.

6. Returns

Damaged or non-compliant products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened perishable food cannot be returned.
